I turned 40 earlier this year, sadly it was in lockdown and I still feel I haven’t celebrated it enough (with a proper bang!) but I’m hoping to make up for that over the rest of the year as we start to meet up with friends and family and maybe go away somewhere if we are ever allowed to travel abroad again!

With a growing baby bump it's always nice to pamper yourself and ultimately try to avoid getting stretch marks! Personally I do think that you are either blessed with good genes or have a bit of a fight on your hands with it but just massaging and caring for your bump and yourself are really important.
