Holiday Edit

March 10, 2022 Emma Paton

As the world opens back up this year my thoughts turn to travel. It’s been a while but I am so excited to get away to some sun over Easter!! I’ve been looking at holiday clothes and swimwear so thought I would pull together an edit in case anyone else is after some inspo! I try to have a mix of some really special pieces, some more budget end and then some decent basics such as denim shorts (Agolde make the best ones!) and tees (I love these ones from Hub). And of course I always try to have as much print and colour on holiday- this is the time to go for it!

I’ve totally fallen for Celia B dresses, they are fun and colourful, definitely investment forever pieces! Her collection is called Here Comes The Sun and I want it all!! Another brand worth looking at for some serious luxury resortwear is Paolita. The prints and cuts are something else, the place to look at for those special holiday pieces.

There has been a bit of a retro revival in the last couple of years and I have been taken by what So English Beachwear has done to bring back towelling in all it’s vintage glory, the perfect piece for a UK staycation and beyond. Plus she makes it all here in the UK, you can see the latest range here. If you are after a bright tote bag then Hopeful London have just launched these neon ones which look FAB!

If you are after designer swimwear at a fraction of the price my first stop is always The Outnet. They have a strong selection of pieces from brands such as Seafolly and Solid & Striped with up to 80% off.

This year I’m trying out a Hunza G Swimsuit to see what all the hype is about, I will report back!
