The most beautiful collection has landed at Independent British Design store Percy Langley this Autumn Winter. I did an edit with the team and we shot the looks right here where I live in Suffolk! Think statement velvet dresses by Mary Benson, all the tartan love via The Wellworn and Minkie London and plenty of excellent trousers and skirts by Percy Langley own label.
Some really lovely ideas for Christmas dressing, parties, cold days and easy everyday looks all with that classic timeless British style by designers who champion British made and slow, sustainable fashion.
New to the Percy Langley family. - these limited edition statement dresses by sustainable British designer Mary Benson have captured my heart. Velvet or brocade…it’s so hard to choose but all I can tell you is they make you feel amazing! The sleeves are the perfect cut of fabulousness. Feminine and comfortable to wear, designed to be cherished forever.
Lucinda Green Velvet Dress by Mary Benson, Lucinda Winter Floral Jacquard Dress by Mary Benson and Juliette Red Velvet Dress by Mary Benson. Wearing size 12 throughout.
The Lyra Gold Jacquard Dress is something Percy Langley have been working hard on for a while now. This heirloom piece is made to order and is the most striking fabric with plenty of swoosh! You could also layer a lightweight rollneck underneath or pop a blazer over the top too.
The Emilia dress totally charmed me with its statement structural layers that have the most stunning dramatic movement to them as you walk or spin! Totally unique and the geometric details at the neck make this a complete heirloom showstopper. Gothic glamour at its finest!
Hands down some of the best trousers I have tried. These Berwick Brown Cord Trousers are so comfortable to wear. The perfect flattering wide leg shape with an elasticated waist for comfort. Made out of salvaged fabric in very limited numbers. Teamed with the Albaray Fairisle knit and Quilted Waistcoat by Roake.
The other Percy Langley trouser is the Jerome Brown Wool Trouser, super flattering and easy to wear, the perfect winter trouser that can be worn with trainers for a more casual look or boots or loafers for a smarter work look.

I am such a tartan fan!! It always makes me feel festive and works on so many levels! This red brushed cotton tartan has the softest hand feel and is in fact a co-ord skirt and top but is also availabe as a dress here.
Tartan Rosa Skirt worn back with the Bella Square Neck Top by The Wellworn. Harrison Knit by Charl Knitwear.
Completely obsessed with this ruffle edge tabard style vest! Perfect over dresses, with trousers or skirts. It’s such a fun piece to wear, especially over the festive period. It’s the perfect cosy layer to add to your looks this season and beyond. I’ve styled it back with the Aspen Skirt which is black lace layered over a deadstock check fabric.
