Happy Sunday! Wow, it really does feel like the longest month ever (!) but warmers days are edging ever closer (have you noticed how much lighter it is at 4pm?) and there are plenty of lovely up-lifting colours coming through in the shops and online to add a spring to your step! I’ve also used January as a bit of time to sort through my wardrobe and pull out styles I’d forgotten about or not worn enough. It’s also a good way to see any gaps, get some fresh ideas and also start to think about new season trends which I will be focussing on a bit more next month.

My other easy go to pieces this month have been comfy trousers, I tried these casual ones on and really like them back with knits and blouses. I managed to go and visit the shops on Friday and it was nice to see things in real life and get a bit of inspiration!
