Super excited to share my new favourite dress for Spring Summer from my favourite small independent brand Dilli Grey! As soon as I saw this vintage inspired style in the softest 100% cotton, calming sage green print, romantic blouson sleeves and quilted bib front I knew I would live in it. Hand block printed by artisans in Jaipur it really is a thing of beauty and super comfortable and versatile too. We must continue to support small brands and makers in India in this period of uncertainty. Dilli Grey is a small ethical sustainable brand championing handmade Indian craftsmanship and all the boho vibes!
Here I have shown some different ways to wear it over the coming months to prove that it truly is something you will live in and cherish forever, a real wardrobe staple. It would also work well as a maternity and breast feeding dress too. The quilted bib detail really makes this dress stand out as a bit different and don’t get me started on those statement sleeves!

Look 1 - simply back with Birkenstocks - perfect for hanging out in at home or in the garden. Flip flops would also look super cool for on the beach/ holiday (when we get back there one day!)
Look 2 - Trainers (high top Converse would work really well here too) back with a classic denim jacket and colour pop accessories to pop to the shops in
Look 3 - Saltwater Sandals, basket bag and khaki utility jacket for an easy everyday Spring look. A trench coat would also look nice here too for a Spring showers day!
Look 4 - Knee High Boots give this look a really fun 70’s boho feel (ankle boots also work well) for a cooler day, would also sling on a light wrap camel wool coat over the top. A bright red lip always helps distract from tired eyes! Here I am wearing Velvet Morning lipstick by Lisa Eldridge makeup.
Look 5 - Leather/Pleather skinny trousers and leather/pleather jacket for an edgier rock chick look. Skinny jeans would also work well and I have also worn it with my workout leggings underneath before too! Fun accessories - colour pop ballet flats and a maxi gingham pouch bag (from Maison M) help soften the look. You could also add heels for a date night or girlie night look.
