I try to buy a nice hat (normally more than £20) for Finn to wear on mama days and weekends and then a more basic budget hat (around a fiver) for him to have at nursery that I don't mind getting trashed or lost.

I know Halloween is not for another month or so but there are so many brilliant kids spooky themed clothes around at the moment I couldn't resist. The best thing is a lot of them don't just need to be saved for Halloween!
